League funds will be deposited weekly in the league account at Sunshine State Federal Saving of Brandon. All withdrawals require the signature of at least two authorized league officers.

5.Prizes - A bowler or team can qualify for only 1 special award for high series or game with the exception of most improved bowler. To qualify for individual awards, a bowler must have bowled 2/3 of the scheduled games since they joined the league, at least 50% of the league season, and be active at the end of the season.

6. Averages - Bowlers that had bowled in the League the previous year will use their year book average for the first three (3) weeks of bowling after which time the bowler's established average will be used. Bowlers that had not bowled in the league last year, but have a year book average will use the highest year book average. Bowlers that did not bowl in the league last year and do not have a year book average will establish an average the first night of bowling, which will be the first three games bowled.

7. Handicap - The handicap allowance used in determining individual scores will be 80% of the bowlers average from a base score of 210.

8. Team Rosters - Team rosters will be limited to 4 players. Any roster changes must be reported to the league Secretary prior to bowling. Players may not be added to a team's roster on any position night or during the mini tournament or Rolloff. The league may have a roster of substitutes that can be used in the absence of a regular bowler. Substitutes are not allowed for position rounds, the mini tournament, or roll-offs and must be sanctioned.

9. Legal Line Up - A minimum legal lineup of 2 members from the team's current roster (league substitutes do not count) must be present by the completion of the first frame or the game will be forfeited. Prebowled scores will count as a present member. Members in the bowling center when the arrows come up on the scoring monitor will be considered present.

10. Forfeitures - When a team fails to have a minimum legal lineup, the opposing team must bowl within 40 pins of its team average in order to win points by forfeiture. Points not won for failing to bowl the prescribed score will not be credited to either team.

11. Absentee - The absentee score shall be the same as his or her average the first week of absence. From the 2nd consecutive week of absence, regardless whether a sub is used or not in between, it will be the absentees average minus 10 pins per game.

12. Vacancy Score - When a Team has a legal lineup but does not have enough players on its roster for a full lineup; a vacancy score of 135 and a handicap of 60 will be used. Handicap will be figured using the full vacancy score.

13. Prebowls - Any bowler prebowling shall be considered as present, provided his or her scores have been submitted prior to that nights play. An individual may prebowl if the league is notified before Friday night, and the house has lanes available. No prebowling or substitutes for position round is allowed. Bowlers are to pay the league and not the House when prebowling.

14. Tardy Players - A bowler who arrives late may enter the game and make up missed frames provided that the anchor player of the opposing team has not completed the third frame of the game.

15. 50/50 - HALO Fund Helping a Little One - We will have a 50/50 drawing. There will be a committee formed to search and come back with a recommendation on where this fund should go to at the end of the year. Participation in this fund is completely voluntary. Half of the 50/50 will go to the Mission fund and the other half will be divided in half. One half will go to the highest participating male bowler with the highest total score plus his handicap for that nights bowling, the other half will go to the highest participating female bowler.

16. League Play - Bowlers should be prepared to bowl when their arrows appear. Delay of game will result in a zero score for the frame for the bowler. Lane courtesy is always to the bowler's right. Only bowlers are allowed in the bowling circle as a courtesy to individuals bowling.

17. Other - Anything not covered in the previous rules will be referred to the current ABC/WIBC rules.

19. Sportsmanship - All members of FCCB league should always conduct themselves with the highest form of sportsmanship. If there is a violation to USBC Rule ___ (engaging in improper tactics or conduct in connection with the game of bowling, including but not limited to, physical and verbal abuse toward other persons), a verbal warning will be given for the 1st incident. The 2nd violation will receive a dismissal for the night and receive a 0 for their score. The 3rd violation will result in dismissal from the league. (Example: stepping on foul line on purpose, kicking ball return, etc.)
